Day two in the Johny Jump Up!

He jumped for 20 minutes straight with some breaks. So I decided to get on the tred mill to get my exercise. After 5 minutes I went to check on him and he had fallen asleep...oh so cute...he is the sweetest thing! He started to wake up a couple of times and even bounced a little. I decided to take him out and put him in his bed. Even as I was taking him out, half asleep he bounced as fast as he could as to say, "Wait, I am still bouncing don't take me out yet mom."

Our little turtle!

He loves water. This was the first time in the kitchen sink. We wanted to see how he reacted to sitting up right in the water. He did exactly what he thought he would do...splash...splash...splash!

Playing in the tub

Very, very short clips of the laughter and excitement Clayton shares with us every day. Watch for him doing some dance moves in this second clip. He makes me want to have more children, well not right away but more.

All about Big 'D'!

I made Dev a special dinner for his 25th Birthday and set it up at a park. Fortunately there was a cabana to block the rain. Devin has started school again full time transferring to Utah Valley University from BYU. UVU is in Orem, which is next to Provo where we live. He goes to school in the morning and then off to Seven Peaks until 6pm. We eat dinner and play with Clayton. Then off to studying. We are in a religeous institute class on Thursday nights. Devin and I are really enjoying his free Saturday's now that Seven Peaks is closed to the public.
I don't know another six month old that is as energetic. He laughs, grunts, a fair share of fussing, talks, rocks, kicks, and dances most of the time but usually only in the comfort of his own home. He is pretty mellow when out on walks and with company, (thank goodness).

Quiet bonding time.

Fairfield, Topaz Mountain, Pony Express Route, 9/13/08

We made several stops on our way to Topaz Mountain where you can hunt for topaz. We were fascinated with the Pony Express Riders and Stations. We can't believe that it shorten mail delivery from 6 months to 10 days cross country.
Looking at petrogliphs. Clayton loves to rub his feet in dirt and grab plants.
This is the Stage Coach Inn.
Fairfield's District School. Used has a city hall up until 1960.

Slide Show of our trip to Moab to see Arches National Park, 8/16-18/08

Grandma and Grandpa Wilkey's House

The four Lemar's. They all share the same middle name even though spelled differently.

Grandma Wilkey has been an inspiration of enduring physical adversity while still putting others before herself. We have loved our visits these past two months with them. Clayton has loved giving her hugs and smiles.

Random, Fun Pictures

A Sunday stroll in our country side neighborhood.
"Look at me, I can push by self around town until I get stuck."
Helping mom fold, no actually unfolding the clothes. He was falling asleep in the warm clothes.
He loves to eat anything and everything...small and large.
Clayton always crosses his ankles. He is so funny!
We are excited for Christmas...o.k so these pajamas won't fit him during Christmas so that's why he gets to wear them now.
